As you navigate through this system to get your service I would like to note that we have training videos, process documents, forms, resources and contact information located in the help menu. Should you need assistance please visit this section.
To submit any requests to JEA you first must request an Availability Letter. You can do so by clicking on Step 1 and selecting the "Service Availablity Request" tile.
Please fill out the the application and submit it. Our team will respond within 10 business days. The response will be a pdf letter emailed to you via the SagesGov system.
In the letter, you will be assigned an Availability Number. That is your project number and you will use that for all your project submittals.
The letter will also provide you POCs (Points of Connection) for water, sewer and reuse, as applicable, that meet the needs of your project request. Also outlined in the letter will be the next steps you need to take to get service. This yellow highlighted section is located at the end of the letter and is entitled "Subsequent steps you need to take to get service." The Steps are listed out by topics and which steps in the system they are located under.
Please note that many teams within the JEA organization receive submittals through this program. Each tile submittal routes to the applicable team for review.
