Welcome to the City of Boynton Beach's electronic permitting platform powered by SagesGov.   All new permit applications will be completed through SagesGov and your entire project will be reviewed and managed through this new platform, from submittal, to plan review, permit issuance, inspections and closing out of permits. 

Please note: If your project requires sub-contractor applications, they are required to be submitted as sub to the main project using SagesGov prior to permit issuance. Paper applications are no longer accepted for sub-contractors. 

**Please Note: Digital Universal Permit Applications are the apart of our submittal process so paper copies of the Universal Permit Application are not required to be scanned, uploaded or submitted.**

No Fire Inspections on Friday's

Beginning Friday June 2nd no Fire inspections will conducted on Friday's.  
 

Please choose the tile that correlates with your scope of work to submit your permit application. If an incorrect tile is selected your project will be abandoned and you will have to reapply using the correct tile.  Changes can be submitted in the form of a revision only after your permit has been issued.

Please use the Residential Application tile to apply for a turnaround air conditioner or turnaround water heater change out permit for a dwelling unit in a condominium or apartment building.  A mechanical or plumbing permit with an electrical sub-permit is not a change out.  Air conditioning or water heater change outs that require an electrical sub-permit must be submitted as a mechanical or plumbing permit with an electrical sub-permit not a changeout.  Failure to apply under the correct application type will result in a failed plan review, application abandonment, and the applicant will have to re-apply under the correct application type.
